Admission Notice
Admission Dates:
Application forms for June to August 2025 will be given from 10th May 2025 to 15th May 2025.
Candidates willing to join ONLINE Classes must take Admission Online only (they should not come to the institute). The link will be open only on the above mentioned dates.
Candidates willing to join OFFLINE Classes must come down to our institute for taking admission. (Timings: 9.00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 5.00 p.m.)

Note:
1. These admissions are only for the First Junior Level (Beginner's level).
2. Students residing in Foreign countries must write an email to languages@rkmath.org before filling the Application Form.
3. The Admission Fee is Rs. 4000/- for ONE level. Students are requested to make payment using UPI or Wallets i.e., PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, Amazon etc. Kindly avoid Credit Cards and Debit Cards.
4. Students who have taken admission for the June 2025 session will get their textbooks by India post in the first week of June.

Regular Batches
For French, German, Spanish, Japanese, Sanskrit & Hindi Classes are held thrice a week on alternate days i.e.
MWF (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) or
TTS (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday)
The first class for the MWF batch is on 2nd June, 2025
The first class for the TTS batch is on 3rd June, 2025
Weekend Batches
For Chinese, French, German, Hindi, Japanese, Sanskrit & Spanish Classes are held twice a week i.e.
Weekend (Saturday & Sunday)
The first class for the Weekend batch is on 1st June, 2025.

Eligibility:
Minimum Qualification: SSC pass
Age: 15 years to 60 years
Only those students who can grasp instructions in English and can take notes in English are eligible to apply.
The Classes will be held on the Google Meet.

The Admission fee for Foreigners or Indians residing in other countries applying for FIRST JUNIOR of German, French, Spanish, Japanese & Chinese is Rs.4000/- + Postage (Such students must write a mail to languages@rkmath.org before filling the Application Form)
Admission fee for FIRST JUNIOR level of Sanskrit & Hindi is Rs.1600/-

Candidates joining Online Classes must upload the following documents while filling the Application Form:
A copy of highest qualification certificate (minimum SSC pass)
Any photo identification i.e. driving license or Voter ID or Passport or Aadhar Card for verification.
A recent Passport-size photo for the Application form (old or Stamp-size photographs will not be accepted)
Candidates joining OFFLINE Classes must bring the following documents while coming to Ramakrishna Math:A copy of SSC pass memo.
Any photo identification i.e. original Driving License, Voter ID, Passport or Aadhar Card for verification.
Two recent Passport-size photos. (old or Stamp-size photographs will not be accepted)
IMPORTANT NOTE:
A candidate is not allowed to learn two languages simultaneously (including Spoken English).
The course consists of 6 levels: 1st Junior, 2nd Junior, 1st Senior, 2nd Senior, Diploma & Advanced Diploma levels.
Each level is of three months duration (approximately).
ADMISSSIONS ARE GIVEN FOR FIRST LEVEL ONLY.
Application form and fee is not transferable.
Fees once paid is not refundable.
Classes start with 10 minutes prayer. Attending prayer is compulsory.
Online Students must login on time.
Offline Students must come to the classes on time.
Late comers are not allowed to attend the classes.
Batch once chosen will not be changed under any circumstances.
Online Classes will be conducted on Google Meet.
