Publication Department
Ramakrishna Math, Hyderabad is one of the publishing houses of the Ramakrishna order. The Publication Department (Prakashan Bhavan) is housed in the Math Campus which publishes books on Ramakrishna-Vivekananda literature, Indian Culture, Vedanta, Gita, Yoga, Meditation and Self-development. The most popular “Ramakrishna Prabha”, a monthly Magazine in Telugu vernacular having its circulation of about 1,25,000 copies, is also published here.
Started in the year 2007, hundres of Titles in Telugu and English have been published besides yearly Wall Calendars, Table Calenders, Diaries, etc.
The entire process of publishing i.e. layout, cover page designing, colour composition, drawings, text, etc. of the books, calendars, diaries is done in the Publication Department by the staff members and devotees. Even though the books, calenders and diaries published here are priced very low and subsidized, the quality of paper and printing is maintained in high standards.

Activities of Publication Department
1. Ramakrishna Prabha: A Telugu monthly magazine on the teachings of Bhagavan Sri Ramakrishna, Sri Sarada Devi & Swami Vivekananda is being published and made available at highly subsidized price from this department. This magazine has a circulation of more than 1 lakh copies.
2. eCommerce: An Online Bookstore is launched in the name of https://vivekanandabookworld.com to enable the readers to get their books at their door step.
3. There are two Book Stalls in the Campus in the name of ‘Viveka Chetana Book House’ and “Vivekananda Book World’ for sale of its publications as well as books of other publications.
4. Small Outlets: In order to spread the life-changing and character building teachings of the Holy Trio, small outlets are being maintained by the Publication Department at several locations like Temples, Railway Stations, Bus Stands, etc. in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
5. Catch Them Young: Under this banner, book exhibitions-cum-sales programmes are conducted in Schools and Colleges in Telangana State with sole objective of inculcating patriotism and spirit of service to the society in the minds of young people.
6. eBooks: More than 300 eBooks in Telugu language are available at Google Play Store. (#Rkmathhyderabad).
7. Centralised Despatch Section: The Publication Department consists of a Centralised Despatch Section through which books, calenders, diaries, articles, etc are distributed to Math Centers and Samithis in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and other States in India.
